Synergos : philanthropy’s bridging role in the Covid-19 pandemic in Africa

INTRODUCTION Synergos is a global organisation helping to solve complex issues around the world by advancing bridging leadership, which builds trust and collective action. Synergos believes in the power of building trust, which is how it creates regenerative solutions around the world. Synergos operates programmes in Namibia, South Africa, Nigeria, Egypt, and Ethiopia in partnership with government, non-profit organisations, philanthropists and philanthropic organisations on initiatives such as reducing social isolation, improving agriculture, advancing nutrition, refining public health, and supporting social entrepreneurship. It also supports networks of individual leaders in more than a dozen countries on the continent, helping increase their impact by enabling them to connect their intentions with results, build trust, and collaborate with others.References
